With a commitment to transparency, communication, and unequaled customer service, Schiefer & Co stands out for its dedication to excellence
in every project from start to finish.

Leader of
the band

Schiefer & Co was founded in 2002
by Tim Schiefer, who spent over
a decade refining his skills as a master craftsman in building, renovation, and millwork. With a steady, hands-on
leadership style that sets the tone for
the group, Tim brings together skilled individuals around a shared standard of excellence. What began as a one man
band with a toolbox has grown into one
of Boston’s finest collection of craftsmen. With more than twenty years in business,
our enduring commitment to quality and craftsmanship has fostered long-standing relationships with a loyal client base.

Heart & soul

While founded by Tim, the company extends far beyond any one individual. Our people are the heart and soul of Schiefer & Co. Under Tim’s leadership, the company has grown into a collective of highly skilled artists and craftsmen, bringing together one of the most capable teams in the Boston area. This diversity of experience enables our team to successfully take on complex work; from historic renovations to refined, modern homes, with a passion for your one-of-a-kind project.
