This 800-square-foot basement residence in the heart of Beacon Hill underwent a full-scale renovation following flood damage. In collaboration with a New York City – based designer, our team executed a highly tailored build where every square inch was intentionally designed. The custom millwork package includes a seamlessly integrated bedroom, a multi-use mudroom storage wall, and an elegant, curved slat ceiling, resulting in a sophisticated, space-efficient family home of exceptional craftsmanship.
