Built in 1911 as a Catholic church with ties to JFK, this Tudor Revival landmark in Coolidge Corner was transformed into a residential property in the 1990s. This 3,700-square-foot townhouse with it’s primary suite situated in the former sanctuary reinterprets the building’s sacred past through contemporary residential design. The primary bedroom and bath were envisioned as a private retreat space, referencing the original architecture with curved elements, rich textures and stunning millwork to create a deeply restorative environment.
